Role Description:

I am seeking a creative and organized Social Media Assistant to support our digital presence and help amplify our mission. This role is ideal for a college student interested in marketing, communications, or conscious leadership.

5–10 hours per week
Paid position or internship (depending on experience and availability)
Flexible schedule

Responsibilities:

Create and support engaging social media content aligned with our brand voice
Assist with social media marketing initiatives and content scheduling
Stay current on social media best practices and platform trends
Monitor engagement and help analyze performance metrics
Provide insights and recommendations to improve reach and engagement
Support visual content creation (graphics, images, short-form visuals)

Qualifications:

Strong proficiency in social media content creation and social media marketing
Excellent written communication and storytelling skills
Knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
Ability to analyze engagement metrics and derive actionable insights
Strong organizational and time management skills
Experience with graphic design or image editing tools (Canva, Adobe, etc.) is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred (or currently pursuing)
