About the Founder/CEO
Cherose Walker, Ed.M., MBA
Hi, I’m Cherose - a coach, facilitator, and people-first leader who believes that real growth starts with compassion, courage, and connection. I’ve spent my career helping individuals and teams discover their strengths, move through challenges, and lead with more clarity and purpose.
My work is rooted in the idea that leadership isn’t about having all the answers - it’s about asking the right questions, creating space for reflection, and supporting people as they grow into their most authentic selves. I bring a mix of coaching, strategy, and heart to everything I do, whether I’m working one-on-one or with organizations looking to build more inclusive, human-centered cultures.
With over 20 years of experience in education (most of them as a school leader), I have dedicated my career to fostering growth, well-being, and equity within learning communities. I hold a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Prevention Science and Practice from Harvard University, where I focused on well-being, behavioral change, and equity. Additionally, I earned an MBA in Marketing from Suffolk University and a BA in Economics and African-American Studies from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. Beyond educational settings, I bring this expertise to broader communities and organizations by helping them build inclusive, growth-oriented cultures that promote belonging, mental health, and sustainable development.
Drawing from my certifications in yoga, meditation, and improvement coaching, I bring a holistic lens to personal and professional development. My approach integrates mindfulness, emotional intelligence, and continuous improvement to help individuals and organizations evolve with clarity, compassion, and conscious alignment. This balance of inner awareness and practical strategy fosters sustainable growth, resilience, and authentic leadership.
My educational and personal journeys reflect a leadership style that blends intellect with empathy by connecting big-picture vision with grounded, practical support.
